Brittany, Salt and Stone

The first proper warmth of the trip. Brittany’s coast is all pink granite and huge skies, the tide going out for what looks like a mile and leaving the oyster frames standing in the wet sand. I spent a morning among the market stalls in Cancale and an evening on the rocks waiting for the sun to drop. Both made the cut.
